hi guys , send u r opinion about this kind of expliotation . we always ignore small children working on tea stalls , dhabas , chaipatti. as we all know there is a law to save them from it , there is six months sentence and 20000/- sanction and both. but it dont work. why ? just bcoz we r not intrested to submit complaint. plz think about it and make a opinion.

You are write, But that childeren also do't want to obeying this rule because of they need employment to full his routine desire. Even some parents are also interested for study of their child but they do't want to goto school and thenafter parents say to goto work for these kind of places as tea stalls , dhabas , chaipatti and other places.

And according to our constitution there is sentenc provision for attempt to sucide not for sucide.

mr. girdhar , that kind of sanction is targeted to those dhaba owners not children .wat r u talking about.and tell me one thing how can any state give sentence to a dead person 4 commiting suicide . and 4 ur kind information this saction belongs to indian penal code not the constitution .
