New Delhi, Rajasthan Roadways (RSRTC) will organize an Investors Meet at the State Guest House Chankyapuri, New Delhi on Monday, July 4, 2011 for collaboration on the development of world class bus stands in Rajasthan. In the first phase, the Central Bus Terminal (Sindhi Camp), Jaipur as well as other Bus Terminals in Jaipur - Transport Nagar, Land opp. Space Cinema, Vidhyadhar Nagar, and Agra Road - are slated to be developed on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis. The Corporation will organise a show to provide the land availability and operational details of the various existing bus stands, Apart from the details of the bus stands in Jaipur, the management of Rajasthan Roadways will also provide detailed information about the benefits of modernization and development of the Bus Stands of Alwar, Bewar, Sangwara, Bundi and Udaipur to the potential builders and investors.
Total of 60, 000 sq meter land is available at four places in Jaipur for the development of the bus terminals. Detailed information will be provided to the builders and investors about the ways in which the investors can earn profits apart from providing world-class amenities to the commuters.
M/s PD Core Ltd. Rajasthan and M/s Axykno Nagpur (Maharashtra) have been appointed by Rajasthan Roadways and will provide all the requisite information to the builders and investors during the show. as project consultants for the development of Bus Terminals and firms will provides all necessary information's to the developers. Corporation will also organizing an Investor Meet cum pre-bid Conference on 6 July at Roadways Head Office, Jaipur. |
