Weak can become strong, and strong can become weak in an instant
Jaya Kishori Inspires Bikaner with Spiritual Wisdom at 'Dream to Reality 2.0'
Bikaner, 6 July. "Weak can become strong, and strong can become weak in an instant; therefore, always remain compassionate," said renowned motivational speaker Jaya Kishori at the 'Dream to Reality 2.0' event organized by Rotary Club Bikaner Royals and Rotary Club Apprise on July 6, 2025, at the Maharaja Ganga Singh University auditorium in Bikaner.
In a vibrant and soul-stirring address, Jaya Kishori captivated the audience with her profound insights on life, spirituality, and compassion. She urged attendees to prioritize family, stating, "We often neglect our families while trying to please others. Anger is not spontaneous; it is triggered by the person in front of us. We stay silent before the powerful but vent our anger on those close to us or the weak." She emphasized that true strength lies in kindness, as power dynamics can shift unpredictably.
Drawing from the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, Jaya Kishori highlighted its relevance in modern life. "The Gita doesn't ask you to abandon wealth or power but to earn it ethically and use it for the greater good," she said, encouraging the youth to stay connected to their cultural roots and shun unethical practices like gambling or corruption. She stressed that spirituality is about aligning with divine principles and learning the art of living from scriptures.
Addressing the youth, she remarked, "Confusion is rampant among young people today. When asked what they want, the answer is often 'I don’t know.' Instead of forcing rituals, let’s inspire them with stories and wisdom from our scriptures." She credited her parents for embedding spiritual values through bedtime stories, urging the audience to listen to elders patiently, as their life experiences can guide and transform one’s path.
Jaya Kishori also spoke to the elderly, encouraging them to channel their wealth into societal good. "True wealth is not in hoarding but in serving others. We often judge others’ earnings as wrong while justifying our own. This mindset must change," she said, inspiring a shift toward selfless service.
